Dropp have together with the musician Matti Nilsson and the actor and magician Jens Molander created the company Kollektiv Knaster. We are a group with a wide artistic background and we are now creating a creative, experimental and magical performance on the theme of democracy and equal rights.
We will during autumn 2013 go to Nepal to perform with our show Kollision. We will visit schools, orphanages and isolated places in the Himalayas. There we will perform and conduct circus and theater workshops for children and youths.
Our goal is to give happiness, laughter, creative inspiration and a unique cultural experience to the places we are visiting. Through our performance we also want to put new ideas into motion by question and reflect around democracy, power structures, hierarchies, equality and gender issues.
We have a vision to use the power of culture to inspire, interact and create meetings.
In this project we are cooperating with the organizations Tuki Nepal and Child watabaran Center. We will also have a culture exchange with the Kathmandu based theater company Shilpee
